In frames of the project it is planned to assist for improving knowledge of 100 graduate level students. "Manager" Project consists of number of trainings that allow graduate students to learn management tools required for establishing knowledge and skills, which are necessary for successful management of business and social projects. Trainings will go along with practice exercises and analysis of results. Such approach will allow to evaluate theoretical knowledge acquired during the training, to analyze and apply them in the future work environment.

Geographic area: All regions of Uzbekistan and Republic of Karakalpakstan.

Beneficiaries: 100 graduate level students of universities of Uzbekistan.

Implementation period: May 2009 – May 2010.

Goals and objectives of project:

The goal: Improving knowledge of 100 graduate level students of Uzbekistan in managing of business and social projects through provision of series of trainings to them.

Objectives:

• Development of selection criteria of graduate level students
• Selection of graduate level students and forming study groups
• Preparation of programs and materials of trainings
• Conducting trainings in target regions
• Practice tasks for project participants
• Monitoring of results.
